Posted .Hey, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you on that matter. Also the issue for that could be a glass protection that you might have on your phone or the incorrect case installation. Here are some instruction: Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug. Did not try it in water except water pretest-it passed. But the phone has no sound when in the case. I cannot here my ringer or text tones. If I play a video or music, it is too muffled to here and there is a buzzing sound I assume is the case vibrating.

Posted .Hey, thank you for your feedback. The knob on the side of the case was made for opportunity to change the ringer and mute it whenever you want. You probably can't hear the sounds/notifications because the phone was installed incorrectly - just pressed into the case. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
