Also, you could try to open the port plug and squeeze the air from the case. It could improve touch screen experience as well. My shiny, new phone is cracked :(

It was on my device for less than 10 days, when it failed to protect it. The phone fell from my hand, a height way less than their promised 2 meter drop proof resistance, and it landed with the back flat on the ground. The entire back of the phone is cracked and my front screen has a small leak. The case itself still looks perfect after that drop. I give one star because I have to and I loved the sleek, clear design.

There are a few factors existing, that can affect the audio quality, like installation and glass screen protection (if you have it on your phone screen). As well as if you want to take off the case, then you will need to pull off the back panel, not the front (that could be a reason why it is so hard for you to take it off). Please try to reinstall the phone into the case: insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. One speaker at the bottom is not covered up by the case but the other one is. Needless to say, I returned the case to the store and bought another type.

Great Iphone case for active people
