Hit Case Can’t Take a Hit

It’s ergonomic factor adds a good 2cm to your plus sized phone, making it unusable comfortably. In addition the way the case is designed you cannot use lighting connector that aren’t identical to apples. I forgave these for the protection I expected, and ultimately didn’t receive. I have butter hands, always have always will, and my phones fall often. The case kept my phone unscathed for about 2 weeks, then the case started to show signs of wear. The seals became looser and looser until the phone wasn’t sealed. And then just came apart after a fall. I would not recommend.

The case were made for the phone protection, however your Hitcase is not a hammer, or supposed to take beatings repeatedly without fail. With that idea, the phone case should last longer. Please reach us out at [email protected] if any questions left.

Also try to use the instructions below, that could help with audio improvements: try to reinstall the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. When you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the ports still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the charging port, then close the plug, see if that works. Please let us know how it works at [email protected]

Those I'm calling say that everything is muffled. Additionally, if you listen to music, the case causes a rattle while playing.

Posted .Hi MS04, please reinstall the phone into the case. Also, we don't recommend to use any waterproof case if you want to listen the music. The case is fully sealed, so that the quality of the music won't be the same as without the case. The instructions for the case reinstallation: Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port is open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug.
