Posted .Hi! Please contact us at [email protected] The audio quality could be also improved by reinstalling the phone into the case. Please follow the next instructions and let us know how it works for you: insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case.
and when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the audio/charging ports are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the ports still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio ports, then close the plugs, see if that works. All the new Otter Boxes don’t have the screen like older models. Buying Otter Boxes and the glass screen gets expensive, so buying this case cuts this out.

However, the case was $90 and I didn’t want to spend that much. I found the Hitcase for $60 and it’s just as good as the Catalyst one, but cheaper.

Tab covering charge port broke in less than 5 hrs

Instead, it broke. And now I’m at the beach with an unprotected phone. It does feel nice in your hands and the screen doesn’t bubble. Very sleek but worthless.

Also survived a dip in the pool about 4foot without any water penetration. Very slim and a great case

Nice case but fragile port cover.

I usually charge wirelessly so I have only had that open a few times. So the case is no longer waterproof.

Can’t hear when making calls

Posted .Hey, sorry to hear that. Please try to reinstall the case with our instructions. That should help with audio quality right away. Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug.
