Posted .Hi Alex, we did the screen cover super thin on purpose, so that you can use the touch screen without any frustration. Also the case iotself wasn't advertised as a scratch resistant. Poor design

Loved it...but muffled video sound

But to silence the ringer is difficult and when I videoed my kids the sound was muffled and people cannot hear me when I talk on the phone. Will be taking this back and getting something else.

Great case, unless you need to be heard

But, NO ONE can hear me ever. I’ve tried cleaning out the port. I’ve taken it out and put it in again (usually side first), and I’m switching to Otterbox or similar.
