Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Splash Modular Case's protection and water resistance, frequently citing its ability to safeguard their phones from damage and keep them dry in various conditions. However, a significant number of users report issues with sound quality, noting muffled audio and difficulties hearing during calls. The case's bulkiness is also a point of contention for some customers.

Difficult to open, difficult to close. Still let water in, and destroyed my iPhone XS Max only in water 5 mins less than a foot deep.

The case is nice looking and works great . I work in construction and it keeps all the dust out, water does not get in either. The only complaint you could say I have is that the speaker in the front is muffled when talking on the phone and you have to have the phone close so the other person can hear you, but what can you expect on a completely sealed case protecting your pricy investment. I would recommend it and purchase again if I was to damage it.

I like the idea of having a full coverage case and this does fit the bill in that respect. I have used both Otterbox and Lifeproof cases in the past. I didn't purchase an Otterbox case because I dislike its bulk. Otherwise, it's a great case. The store didn't have any Lifeproof cases so I purchased this one. First, I had some difficulty placing my phone in the case without it causing my phone to switch to vibrate mode. I was able to eventually do so with the assistance of another buyer's review. I've never had this sort of issue with a case before, Now that my phone is in the case, it's impossible to switch it to vibrate. I took the case off and was able to do so with the back off the case, but with the back on the case I cannot turn the knob it all. This may not be a big issue for some, but I have to keep my phone on vibrate when I work. What's the point of having a case when I am constantly having to open it to toggle my phone to vibrate and then back to the ringer?
