Timothy Olyphant did a great job in this movie. I know fan-boys didn't like it as much, but that's not me. On its own, very good action movie with a great style and story. I starting playing the games after seeing the movie and honestly I like the movie better than the games.

So, yeah... not exactly blown away by the story that justifies Agent 47's assassin ways by making him a anti-hero (which he isn't and shouldn't be), but the back story on his actual origins is quite unique. Timothy Olaphant (or however it's spelt or for that matter, pronounced) just isn't a good enough fit in my opinion. I had high high hopes for the sequel as the late Paul Walker was cast and later recast as Rupert Friend after the tragic news...gotta tell ya, don't think I'll buy it until it's in the cheapy bin...I mean come on, Friend has such dark black hair that whomever was assigned to makeup should've been fired after the first makeup test cause Agent 47 is shining bald, not 5 o'clock shadowed...ugh.

I enjoy this movie every time I watch it. This was wonderfully cast and well put together. Never played the video game but I appreciate it as a standalone film. Wish they made a sequel.

This movie came out a number of years ago, and I really enjoyed it in the theater. I bought it in blu-ray with the digital copy, which I added to my VUDU library, and watched the blu-ray on my 4K TV using the 4K UHD blu-ray player, all bought from Best Buy. The upscale to 4K was awesome! It hit the spot.

As a huge hitman fan, I loved this movie! The voice acting is a little bad but as an overall action movie, its good! Hitman fans should enjoy it, and respect the fact that Mr47 doesn't talk a lot. Its an older movie so you can pick it up cheap. Good enough movie that you'll watch it more than once, so it's a keeper.

It has good action and great talent. In some cases you may not recognize certain actors at first (i do not think it is Orlando Bloom). Comes with digital HD but it is expired.I though it was reasonable ... It looks like good action.

Though I do not follow the video game this movie was based on, I found it entertaining. I also know that people tend to be split down the middle on this film, take it for what it is, love it or leave it.

There are just some movies that if you have the equipment for you just have to upgrade to the blu-ray. This is one. The action sequences come alive. And the sound is immersive just like you're watching it for the first time again. There is no other way to watch it.

My stepson introduced me to this movie after playing The Hitman video game on PS3. The movie seems to have a lot in common with the actual game. The action is a little bit over the top but is still lots of fun. If you like shoot em up movies then, it is a great buy.

It's an overall well made movie. I love the hit an games and it has the same story. Fun and exciting to watch. Not many like this out there. Cool guns cool agent and great time watching !

An oldie but goodie. This movie came out 11 years ago but still holds up. If you've never watched it and like action movies and games pick this one up on Sale.

I bought this because im a huge fan of the games and have played them all. There is a lot of action and follows a lot of what happens in the games. Good story with a unique character.

A sit back non-thinking movie where the main character just kicks butt whoever he meets. This movie is for a person who wants to vegetate. Good scene is when he meets the arms dealer.

I liked the action scenes in this movie and more so the overall story plot of genetically modifying DNA to have super humans as assassins. A good action adventure movie indeed.

Great story , not familiar with video game titled same but I do love Timothy o. Good acting love bad boys with a soft spot . def a great flick add it to your collection .

I enjoyed this movie, not the best story, or the best acting but it was entertaining and I could see my self watching this movie again in the future.

Most movies about video games are pure awful. This one was actually good; not great mind you but good. The action sequences were good, and the story was ok.

This movie is a great cover of the popular video game. The action scenes and the experience it offers through watching it is great. Getting this movie on BLu-ray heightens the fight scenes and the visuals so well.
