I bought this album to here prince not a bunch of other "artist" that prince makes sound bad. The Prince only songs were above average for Prince which is pretty good for everyone else.

Its a good album with some great songs in true Prince style and sound. The songs that didn't. Knock me over at first are becoming some of my favorites.

Like many people, I was sad to hear about Prince passing away. I know a lot of people are remembering Prince by buying or downloading his music right now. I would encourage everyone to seek out not only Purple Rain or the Hits but to listen to some of his more recent releases. Hit N Run Phase 1 was the last CD sold thru retail stores. It's an amazing piece of art from one of the greatest artists of all time!

I was hoping a little more of princes guitar and not so much of the Funk it is ok but apeals to a smaller fan base

It is hard to believe that Prince was still rocking hard all the way to the end. This CD showcased his skill and his ability to stay current and to show why he was one of the best. I love how he even uses the beginning of "LETS GO CRAZY" in one of the songs. That is a sure fire way of knowing that you are going to be taken on a trip.

Pretty good album , but maybe not as good as last year's.

Dude, why did Prince have to leave us? Still amazing, still funky, still jamming after all these years...sad so many slept on him later in his career. Get this. You'll be glad you did.

I'm a huge fan of Prince. Mega Star gone too soon. Rest in Heaven. Prince's legacy will live forever. Lyrics wonderful!  I give it a trillion ☆'s. I would recommend this to a friend!

I love Prince. I do appreciate some of his older stuff more, but this is bluesy. I recommend Prince for anyone and everyone who likes, Rock, Pop, Blues, Hip Hop and yes.....gospel.

I enjoy Prince albums. I bought this knowing he has great songs. His songs are different that other singers. He has his own style that's what I like about Prince and this album.

My item arrived sooner than expected. I was a little skeptical about the packaging being that there was no padding. The CD case was intact and the CD was in good condition.

I still can't believe that I got this CD the day before his passing!!! But as always he still has what it takes to put out good music!! Sadness that he is gone through..

I have always appreciated the evolution of Prince's sound and artistic expression. This is a very mature, sophisticated, and fun CD for fans and newbie's.

Overall I purchased this cd due to the sudden death of the legend Prince. The CD will go down as a classic along with all of the rest of his music.

Sad that he passed way too early. This CD and the other are the last official recordings he released. Hope that more is to come from him post.

I like all tracks on this CD as well as those on part 2. It represents his style of the 80's when he was truly a king of music!

No two albums from Prince are alike. This album is great for all the things he does to make it different than the rest.

A fair cd from the master artist. Knowing he is no longer living makes it an interesting listen

I would recommend any Prince fan or admirers of his music to purchase this! True musical genius!!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! Personally, nothing beats Prince's Purple Rain.
