Vintage Prince

Bittersweet

Towards the end of his life he started trying to regain the formula for the hit making he effortlessly churned out until his squabbles with WB. Personally, I preferred bad Prince to the enlightened version. This album seemed like a good step forward to a compromise. R.I.P.

Not bad but Part 1 was better.

I prefer Hit n Run I to this....

Not nearly as good as PHASE 1

Prince is a genius no doubt so I anticipated greatness..I was so disappointed. Not much really memorable..He experiments a lot with a jazz sound so people looking for the funk of Phase 1...It's not there

different sound
