Missing parts and unclear instructions

This has a sturdy construction, and it does save space. But the instructions are not quite clear, not showing which side to put some parts, and a couple of the bags had no identification, making you guess or measure to make sure which one might be. Worst of all, bolts were missing. Of one type, I was missing one; of another type, the WHOLE bag was missing. I had no time to do return or anything like it, I had people coming in, so now I have to hope that I find a replacement at the hardware store.
