I would recommend this movie to friends....great visuals

This movie was just ok. Not as good as the first Hobbit.

But we still need to have a conclusion to the story.

This film did not live up to the quality of the series.

The movie is great. I have no problems with the movie itself. The issue lies in the product itself. The sku# is for the blue ray ONLY. Unless they have fixed the issue YOU WILL NOT GET THE MULTIPACK. It took returning the one I ordered (because it was only a blue ray) to a store, where they reordered it, and then taking the blue ray that was sent again back to the store (after an hour on the phone) and having a manager do reserve to finally figure out what the problem was. In the end he just gave me a dvd to go with the blue ray to appease me. I missed out on the digital, but it was the best I was going to get Overall it took about 3 hours of my life to get close to what I ordered

It was my fault because I didn't take the time to check the box carefully and I purchase the DVD version instead of the Blu-ray version. I did not want to wait to watch the movies so I went ahead and opened it so I am stuck with it

The first two movies were pretty good. This one was kind of lame. The special effects were bad, and the storyline greatly departed from what Tolkien wrote. It was very disappointing.

JRR is rolling in his grave. "Earth eaters"?!??WTF. Too much CGI. Way too much. Sad end to what began as a very good theatrical interpretation of The Hobbit / LOTR years ago by Peter Jackson. . Read the books.

I ordered this product thinking it would be the 2 disc version that included the blu-ray, dvd, and the digital copy. Things that the title clearly states as part of its description. This is only the blu-ray version, the other items are not included. This is the second time I have tried to order this item and both times I have received the blu-ray only version. This is a great product if you only want to blu-ray copy, but fails if you want anything more.

The final installment in the Hobbit Trilogy was a disappointment. This movie felt flat and empty, not managing to be all that it should have been. I for one, was glad to see this journey come to an end.
