    It's a fun movie, but it's not much of a "hobbit" movie. It's got TONS of additional content added to it...and you can tell they were stretching to fill in a 3rd movie. This is part of the Lord of the Rings universe, but it still pales in comparison to those amazing films. Even so, it's a fun movie and does a good job of concluding the series.

    i like these movies, but honestly if i could go back - wouldn't have purchased them ... too expensive for relatively boring movies
