I saw this in the movie and it was good, so I had to purchase. Not only completing my collection of Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit, but watching it on 3D Bluray at home provided an even better experience.

Great finish to a great story.... well, finish of one arc and flawlessly transitions to the last 3 movies.

Interesting that its rated R...cant wait to see what is included on this extended cut that warrants an R rating

We very much enjoyed view The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies in 3D. Everyone had a blast. Great movie night!

This is one DVD you should have in your home. With an awesome soundboard it just enhances your experience.

I watched all the other lotr / hobbit movies I loved them all. This one is loaded with action, suspense, and drama.

Besides being an excellent movie, it was a real deal from Best Buy for the "trifecta" of Blu-Ray, DVD & Digital HD.

We are huge fans of this trilogy so I highly recommend watching this movie. But watch them in the correct order.

Peter Jackson did a great job in putting this timeless classic on film. JR Tolkien is one of my favorite authors

this was a great conclusion to the trilogy. if you liked the first 2 Hobbit films, you will enjoy this one as well
