Firstly, the game is great. HOWEVER, the collector's edition is complete crap. The book base is made of extremely cheap and light plastic, and the magnet used to make the wand levitate is VERY weak. The wand will often drop after being suspended for only a few seconds. It only "floats" like an inch up at most. For a $300 price tag, this should have been way better quality, or if this was the direction they were going to go anyway, they should have included a physical art book and soundtrack in addition to the crappy book/wand.

Take it up with Best Buy on your delayed pre-orders. This has nothing to do with the actual game You’re writing a review about. Best Buy should actually do something about this instead of allowing people to just complaining on review. Buy the standard edition, if you’re going to cry about it- The game is fantastic

The box is small for $299 but it’s still dope. I collect them all. They had it for me 1 day early so I was surprised. If you can afford it and can find one get it. Look for the review on YouTube go to pc tv

Being delayed is one thing but best Buys support options make everything so much worse. Nobody is of any help and they are all completely clueless. Is there no one at this company to talk to who actually has some kind of pull? Being routed to a call center on the other side of the planet is useless.

States avaiable for pickup today on my order. Store states no inventory. Collectors edition was advertised as getting to play the game 72 hours ealry access. Now not even able to do that due to not being in stock even though preordered to not have this happen. Best buy please make this right!!

Preorder asa announced(about 6-8months ago). I don’t understand why the product couldn’t ship earlier than day before release. It doesnt matter if we have the game early because servers dont go live until launch. We pay all this money….preorder wayyyy in advance….and still have to wait

Lost the early access. No email beforehand letting you know about the delay when it was clearly a known issue before the release date since there is no stock at store. Very disappointing.
