Great singing, dancing and theme! You'll Love It!!

I saw Holiday Inn on Great Performances (PBS) and wanted a copy. Looked everywhere and on my visit to Best Buy, I saw the Holiday Inn DVD on sale. As I like the original version, I bought it. I didn't realize the DVD contained the same musical that I had looked for until I unwrapped it at home. LOVE this DVD!! Great quality - wonderful show at a terrific price.

I usually watch this great film once a year. The comedy, the singing, and the dancing are all magical. Fred Astaire, and Bing Crosby together for the first time, and they have great chemistry. White Christmas was introduced to the world in this great film, and it looks fantastic in black and white on this blu ray disc! Do yourself a favor and DON'T watch the horrific colorzied version. It is terrible. Enjoy the black and white presentation as it was meant to be seen!

Holiday Inn is exactly what you think it is. An Inn run by a singing and dance star fed up with the grind of every day performances opens an Inn only open on Holidays with steller performances throughout the night and the toast of New York. A great singing, dancing ol time standard from the studios. You will definitely want to get into the holiday spirit after watching Holiday Inn. Oh and Fred Astair and Bing Crosby are the stars too! Beautifully restored version a must!!!

I've always loved this movie and seeing it fully restored on blu-ray is a real joy. Whether you opt for black and white or the color version it looks beautiful and sounds great. The bonus features are interesting plus the addition of the Broadway show are a much welcome delight. Seriously don't neglect watching that it's high energy and a real treat!

This holiday movie is one of our all time favorites. We actually already have this dvd but wanted to repurchase because this is the 75th Anniversary Edition which includes the original black and white version (which we have) and a beautifully colorized version (which is wonderful). This set also includes the Broadway Musical of the same story. So really a great purchase, 3 in 1, would highly recommend!

I was familiar with this movie and didn't think much of it in Black & White. Now with the colorized version it brings it to a whole new light. Excellent colorization process was done an keenly. Plus the extra perks of the Blue Ray packaged helped a lot. Seeing the Broadway Stage Production of it was GREAT! The interviews with the daughter of Fred Astaire was also a delight.

This a good movie. The story is good the story is entertaining. The songs are great. The only thing some will think is bad is the Abraham number. You get the movie in black and white and colorized on disc 1 on Disc 2 you get the 2017 Broadway show which does not have the Abraham number or black face.

This is a classic and I waited MUCH too long before purchasing a copy. The musical numbers are beautifully arranged and performed and the acting is top shelf. This is one of Bing and Fred's best movies and tells a great story surrounded by the holidays that help us measure the passing of the seasons and years. A classic in every sense of the word - Christmas movie too!

Yes, there's blackface in this classic movie. If you can get past that, it's a decent film that also doesn't have as much to do with Christmas besides one song. The extras are robust and this edition comes with a later musical adaptation.

Bought a 27-inch Element monitor at the North Attleboro, MA store. Monitor is an absolute great value for the price. Handy for home office use for spreadsheets and other large format work. Staff was very helpful finding it for me and had a smooth check-out.

Holiday Inn is a Christmas classic in our house, so when it became available on Bluray, I jumped at it. The picture quality is very good, especially for the age of the movie. Audio quality is fine. The colorized version that is available on the disc is fine as a curiosity, but should not be watched in its entirety. This movie was made and intended to be shown in black and white. This was definitely worth the purchase!

"Holiday Inn" is a wonderful holiday movie with an all-star cast that includes Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. The Blu-ray version contains the B/W version and the colorized version of the movie. A must-have for collectors of classic movies on disc!

Classic seasonal film, for Christmas movie enthusiasts and film buffs alike. Superb picture quality, on both the B&W and Color discs. Holiday Inn has never looked better, this 75th Anniversary Edition is highly recommended! Get it before it's canceled!

I could care less about the colorized version that is included with this and the fact that the only real supplement happens to cover the colorization process is pretty pathetic. Fortunately, the producers elected to keep the original Black and White version intact and beautifully restored. I've always preferred this version to the more popular White Christmas film and will always recommend it over that film, but I'm just glad that both are now available to satisfy whatever type of fan you are. The sound reproduction is also excellent. Dialogue and lyrics are easily discerned for fans that wish to sing along. Enjoy!

Amazing movie that would complete any cinephile's movie collection. This version has both the standard B&W and the colorized version. It should have been made in color but due to the war effort, it was done in black and white. The Berlin songbook is strong and the performances and dialogue are as crisp as a hundred dollar bill. Spend the green and enjoy a classic!

Although this film is probably watched more at Christmastime, it is about a hotel that has a special theme for all the holidays of the year. With Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire expect a lot of singing and dancing 1940's style. Good "That's Entertainment" production, and excellently restored for modern video.

This holiday classic looks great on our 65" 4K TV. In addition to the colorized movie version, this set includes the broadway version which means that you actually get two movies for the price of one. The movie version of Holiday Inn should be in every family's video collection.

This show is one of the great musicals - Christmas or not. You can't go wrong with Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. The story line is classic with 2 song and dance men in love with the same girl - twice. The setting is wonderful and the sets perfect for Fred Astaire to dance in and of Course Crosby's crooning is impeccable.

Holiday Inn is a classic Christmas movie. It is enjoyable in black and white but also a beautiful movie to watch in color. This set includes both. Plus the Broadway version. The music is entertaining and timeless.
