But recently started to make a noise. I haven't taken it a part yet to see where the clicking noise is coming from.

Bad Shank Assembly

That made the fan very noisy. I returned it and got credit for it as easily as is possible.

To much Plastic parts and the 5 speed fan is noisy

The lowest speed is actually to fast and noisy for sleeping. This fan might be good in an office but not in the bedroom where Quiet is necessary.

Within the first week I was knocked over, falling from just 15" off the floor and one of the blades broke off completely. It wasn't a great option for my kids bedroom because of the flimsy construction and I do worry about long term durability, but the motor seems great.
