It had a limited amount of air flow and sits low to the ground so it's difficult to feel anything higher than 3' up. It was supposed to come with a remote but did not include it. It only had a limited number of functions. I ended up returning this one and getting a different desktop model that works much better.

Doesn't meet expectations

I noticed the remote control is not included in the package. The fan doesn't have the control to start and stop. The only option i am able to see is the timer. I thought, i am missing something or i might have understand the controls wrong. So, i took it to BestBuy customer care and explained the reason for returning it. He also checked and didn't find the start option. So, i returned this item because of no remote control in the package and no option for start/stop control. The quality of the fan is decent and i don't have complaints over it. But the fan is very small size and doesn't cover long distance.
