I love this movie. Its one that I could never get tired of watching. In fact I hadn't watched in over 10 yrs. at least until my purchase. This is a family and holiday movie that definitely stood the test of time. I do wish for more extras and a better transfer, but its the best you can get for these two classics. Home Alone has that special quality of reminding you no matter how tough it can be to be a younger kid in a big family, that imagination and curiosity makes up for being left out of a lot of stuff and getting picked on. The parents are not made to be too stupid like some movies do. Lots of laughs and great acting. One of my favorite Christmas movies that I'd make my own personal family tradition if I went that route. Take my advice and buy this collection you won't be disappointed at how much joy, fun, and laughs it brings. It's got heart too.

We all know about the greatness of Home Alone but anyone from my generation seems to acknowledge when asked just how great the overlooked second one is. How can you be Home Alone AND Lost in New York? Who cares. The only regret is that they didnt treat the second movies blu ray with any special features (the first film gets the royal treatment but no tender love and care was given to Home Alone 2).

The original is among the greatest holiday movies ever created. I would normally wait and see when this movie would come on tv during the holidays, but this past holiday, finally decided to get it. Instant classic. Part 1, the greatest, and part 2, isn't as great as the first one, but still loads of laughs. Best part about this collection is that it does not include the following sequels!!!

I was eager to purchase this product as it's 2 of my all time favorite Christmas movies wrapped into one collection for only $9.99. I was disappointed to receive a Home Alone 2-movie collection with a different cover than what was advertised and blu-ray movies lacking in extras. In doing research, the cover/collection advertised should have come with a "Family Fun Edition" of Home Alone and a regular edition of Home Alone 2. The Family Fun Edition is FULL of extras and when this product arrived, it was not what I expected. I already have these movies on DVD and I was hoping that the blu-ray editions would offer more than just the films. I'm going to return promptly.

My family has a tradition every year of watching both Home Alone movies in our pajamas on Christmas morning. We made the jump from DVD to Blu-ray this past year and this set allows us to keep the tradition alive. No one needs me to review these films, we all know they are a staple in many households. True, tasteful, classic family films.

I bought this blu-ray set for my wife as both Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost In New York are her 2 most favorite Christmas movies. She'll watch them anytime of the year and not just at Christmas. Her favorite of the 2 is Home Alone 2: Lost In New York but I Love them both! Both Great family movies!!!

It is very nice that fans of these movies do not have to purchase the far inferior Home Alone 3 & 4 in order to own these great holiday classics. The Blu-ray transfer for Home Alone 1 is great, while the transfer for Home Alone 2 is just so-so. That said, these form a nice set together and I am still glad to own them on Blu-ray.

Those of you with warm memories of the 90s like me -- these 2 movies defined my childhood at Christmas time. The classic sets and music brings back great memories from past Christmases. Also, the first 2 home alones are the only ones worth watching. They went downhill after Macauley Culkin was not included in the cast.

Home Alone is a timeless classic Christmas film that the whole family can enjoy. Kevin, Harry, & Marv are a comedic trio that continuously bring the laughs. This should be a staple for any film collector. For some reason we have had to buy this film every 3 years or so due to its mysterious disappearance from our family room.

Who can say anything bad about this combo pack. They got it right by only putting in the 1st and 2nd and leaving out the rest. Those are just horrible movies the others. The first two are class childhood movies that we shall now watch in blu-ray every holiday season.

Best Christmas movie made! The first is definitely the best but the second one isn't too shabby either! I feel like recommending this movie is redundant because if you haven't seen it you might as well crawl back into your moms basement or back under your rock!

I think I paid about $10 for this set, which is a really good value. They're not on instant watch anywhere and the nostalgia was getting to me. I wanted to revisit those childhood memories, so when I saw this set at Best Buy I was really happy.

I have loved the original Home Alone movies and have shared them with my family over the years so it was only natural that I picked them up in this bluray double feature pack. Besides the great picture quality I was able to pick them up on sale.

This holiday classic set was definitely worth buying on bluray. I always look for a copy to borrow or rent at the holidays, and more often than not I'm disappointed. So when I saw this in a set for such a great deal, I couldn't resist! Love it :)

I grew up loving the Home Alone movies and watched them everytime I could on tv. I just recently upgraded to the blu ray version for better quality and am glad my son will now get to enjoy these as much as I did when I was younger.

What can I say two of my favorite Christmas movies! Bring me back to a little kid watching these evey year at xmas time... The tricks and burns are so good with these movies! Truly a must have for Christmas time!!!

This was a great movie. Looking back on my younger self, I would've died from eating too many gummy worms. Our entire house would've been ransacked so kudos, Kevin. Way to accept responsibility.

I love this movie, I have watched it since I was a child. My son is 3 years old and we bought it so he could watch. He loves it and was excited to have the sequel to watch as well. Great combo!

I bought these two movies (apparently there were more Home Alone movies) around Christmas time to watch with my kids. They loved both movies. I liked the quality of the picture of Blu-ray.
