At $6.99, this was a no-brainer—why pay more than twice for a 4K disk if it doesn't even have Home Alone 2 included? The Blu-ray transfer is more than up to par. These two classics may be all over network TV during December, but there is something to be said for playing them on your schedule, unedited, and commercial-free. This collection will let you forget about all the holiday stress for a while as Macaulay Culkin and those around him entertain you, backed up by a John Williams score that always fits the mood perfectly.

C'mon people! No review should really be necessary for these movies. Classics when movies were made to make you feel good, not bad or scared or angry. It's a no brainer if you are thinking of buying, put it in your DVD library you filthy animal, you have to the count of three :)

This was one of the great Christmas movie made. Bought the set when it was on sale because I got tired of watching it on tv with so many commercials. Clear HD quality for both blu-ray discs. Now we got something to watch on binge movie nights.

It's a classic that my family and I watch every single year during Christmas season, sometimes multiple times. This year I started building my bluray collection and resigned from streaming services. It feels nice to own a physical copy of your favorite media and never worry about where you can stresm it this year. :) The quality of the movies is amazing on bluray, given the age of the production. I also got the Die Hard collection and am very happy with my purchases. I got them both on sale for a very reasonable price. Love Best Buy!

What can be said about this films that hasn’t already been said? After these years these films(especially the first) still hold up as fun family films. This review will be more on the special features. The previous releases that I owned were the VHS and barebones dvd of the original. None of them had anything special on them apart from the films, these had special features which also included deleted scenes. I had always wondered why they never showed any deleted scenes before but here they did and it was exciting seeing some footage I hadn’t known previously existed, the footage was enough to stretch the first movie almost 30mins longer but we also get some nice behind the scenes stuff and what if videos in particular whatever happened to Buzz? As always the films are great but what makes these re-releases better are the special features which we hadn’t seen before

I don't know anyone that didn't either grow up on these 2 classics or watched them because of their parents. The (mis)adventures of Kevin McCallister are fun for the whole family, with positive messages laced throughout the films. I gave Home Alone 3 a shot, but it just didn't hold. The proof of it was in the 4th title of the franchise where they get another kid, and then they go make a 5th installation. Why can't Hollywood leave well enough alone? Oh yeah, cuz people pay money to see them... but I digress. I'm really happy 20th Century Fox released the first two films together on Blu-ray. Whether you're filling up your shelf with nostalgic films or if you're looking for quality family films, these need to be part of your collection.

Two of my favorite Christmas movies and good for watching at any time of the year. This collection is a good buy and has lots of extra material for those that are interested in how some of this craziness came about. Here's to the stunt doubles that took all the pain! Even seeing how it was done made me cringe for the stunt men.

Two of the most energetic, fun Christmas movies of the 90s. Enjoyed the blu-ray discs picture and sound were great. Macauley Culkin, Catherine O'Hara, John Heard, Joe Pesci, Daniel Stern, John Candy, Rob Schneider, Tim Curry and rest of cast outstanding.

Perfect for the holiday viewing crowd, lots of laughs, spiders, bad guys, airport sprinting

This is a great bundle that includes the first two Home Alone movies on blu ray. It also comes with a Digital HD copy for both movies which is really nice. The first Home Alone is one of those classic Christmas movies that you can watch over and over again. It has really held up quite well over the years. Home Alone 2 is also quite good in my opinion and I am surprised at how underrated it seems to be. If you like these movies, this is a great bundle to add to your collection.

I am about the same age as Macaulay Culkin, so it is kind of a trip to watch these movies and remember when I was a precocious little blond boy just like the Kevin character (albeit without the penchant for savage booby-trapping). It's also funny thinking about watching the movies at various stages of my life. As a kid, I was simply entertained by the slapstick violence. Then as a cynical teen, I felt compelled to point out that the wet bandits would be maimed and/or dead about 20 times over through the events of the film. Now as an adult, the movie itself almost fades into the background, behind feelings of nostalgia and memories of past Christmases. But enough philosophizing. These movies have become Christmas classics, and chances are you already have them on DVD. But for the price, this package makes it well worth upgrading. The Blu-Rays make the old DVDs look almost unwatchable by comparison. And another nice thing - only the first two movies (i.e. the good ones) are included, so you don't end up burdened with the later garbage sequels!

Bought this set to replace my 4-movie Home Alone DVD set. Tried watching one of the DVDs on my 65” TV last Christmas and it was difficult the watch. The movie shrunk to about half of the TV due to the poor quality. These blu rays are great compared to the ones I had. Also, the 3rd and 4th movies weren’t really worth having because we only ever watch 1 and 2.

Had 2 separate DVDs of this title which my grandchildren love. Each time they get to spend a weekend with their grandma and grandpa they want to watch these movies. Now, because of their availability on a 2-pack collection, I bought it at Best Buy's very affordable price for my video library and was happy to give the 2 single videos to them for their home enjoyment. Thank you Best buy for our being able to afford being 'heroes' to our grandkids.

Wonderful holiday movie to own. This is a great addition to our family’s collection. We absolutely love it and recommend it.

Good quality DVD. Box that holds dvds has held up. DVDs are still working well.

A Christmas and Holiday classic. Great to be able to own on Blu-ray, but the code is redeemable on MoviesAnywhere (though I chose iTunes since it's better for 4k content).

Two classics one great price now and you get to keep a little change the good way. Great with a pizza and some Pepsi as long as Fuller goes easy on the Pepsi of course.

A true classic film. It makes watching these around the holidays a little more nostalgic. Yes I would say these fit into the christmas movie category.
