Changer works like a charm.

Does not work at all
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this unit to replace my 10 yr old unit last December 29th, 2017. I received it yesterday 01/09/2018. After unboxing it, and plugging it in, I pushed the power button and a motor started humming and then squealing. The tray would not open either. This was shipped to me in this condition. There was no outside damage on the unit. Now I have to drive it to the nearest Best Buy to return this junk.

nightmare cd player experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 18 months the cd player would shut when the shuffle button was pushed,Best buys would not help me so i sent it to the service center.After 5 times of shipping it to miss.they still couldnt fix it .The last it was returned damaged with parts rattling around.By that time i was out of warranty DO NOT BY THIS TRASH!

The dimensions on this listing are wrong....

It is NOT under 10 inches deep - it is, in fact, 15 inches deep.... I have been looking for a player under 14 inches, so disappointed.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to review the Sherwood – Front Loading Carrousel Multi-Disc Player. We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that there was a mistake in the dimensions for this Disc Player. The specifications listed the depth measurement as 9.5 inches, when in fact it is 15.4 inches. We have since corrected the error with the dimensions and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product dimensions in the future.
