This came open in a postoffice bag just thrown in there no packaging, this is something that should come sealed away clean and free from other hands touching it. Thats just disgusting really. How are you even allowed to ship things this way and regular price is not worth at all.

These tips did not properly fit my airpod. The tip fell off when removing from ear, which is very dangerous.

Arrive in no packaging, how do I know if this is a new item. Not even aware it wasn't coming from Best Buy. Return process was terrible.
