The 2 gentleman delivered the product within 5 minutes. They asked if there was anything else that they needed me to do ( ensuring my satisfaction) & spoke really well with good manners ( hard to find these days). They even acted surprised when I tipped them and were very grateful.

Henry from Just Install was exceptionally professional and productive. We had two other people come to install a dishwasher for us and quit as soon as they saw it wasn’t a quick fix, but Henry had no problems at all! He was efficient and got the job done in record time. Highly recommend he get a bonus. And the dishwasher is perfect, exactly what we needed.

Tv was delivered on time and in great condition in original box. The installers bram and rusty took time to install correctly.

They were on time, courteous they did a great job unboxing and installing the washer.

Make sure you tell the crew you are a total BEst Buy member otherwise they don’t even want to help with the product into your room choice. They wanted to drop it off in my foyer ! I asked them to please bring it to my TV Room and they had to call the manager to ask. After that they even unbox and installed the TV on my tv table. This basic installation is what your membership includes. Be aware of all what this means. This is a 98” TV which needs at least 2 men to carry to instal etc.

The Best Buy home delivery service was well worth the extra money. The guys came on time, removed our old appliances and delivered and installed the new ones in no time!

If I could give this tv 10 stars I would. The picture on this tv is EXCEPTIONAL!!! It is soooo crisp & clear with the mini-pixels I can’t say enough good things about it. Do not hesitate to buy this tv!!! It might cost a bit more than other tv’s, but it is totally worth it!!! Best tv I’ve ever owned!!!

I opted for home delivery as I would not be available for pickup. I first want to say I love that they had weekends available as I work typical 9-5 hours Mon-Fri. Secondly they gave me a delivery window of 3 hrs and It was delivered the first 10 minutes of that time frame. Amazing. I live in an upstairs apartment with an interesting layout so it was a tight squeeze. Unfortunately during the delivery it was hit on my wall which damaged the washed with a large dent. I immediately reach out to best buy support where they offered to replace the entire washer but I did not want to wait as I had been without a washer for some time. So they worked with me and I got a partial refund on the appliance, which in opinion is not bad considering the dent does not affect the function of the washer and it was a given due to my tight squeeze apartment. All in all i’m happy I went through best buy and can’t wait to purchase my matching dryer!!

I have only had the fridge two days and so far everything is working as it is supposed too. No defects or delivery damage. Best Buy delivery guys were swift and efficient. I love the fridge. I have been on YouTube, uploading photos, watching YouTube to show me how to do everything properly. Best purchase I have made so far. I was able to make YouTube and Facebook shortcuts on the fridge by watching YouTube videos.
