The washing machine I purchased is functional and meets my basic needs. It washes clothes effectively and hasn't presented any major issues so far. However, it doesn't have any standout features or advanced technology that sets it apart from other models.

Delivery was great. They were courteous and conscience of not damaging doorways or walls. They worked fast. and resolved a minor issue they came up on installation.

Delivery from the store was fast and it was a 98" tv and came in a box truck due to size of tv. Called to give a heads up that they was on there way.

We received 2 new appliances that day. The 2 delivery staff were careful and nice. They made an extra effort to unpack the stove as it did not go through the passage in the box. This is great service. I want to thank them for this.

Well the 1st delivery, Saturday, even thou they came to the house with the product, were unable to complete the installation of the stacked unit bc the stacking kit was not included on the truck. Alex with corporate(I was listening in the driveway while he was talking to the drivers) said the drivers would need to return the washer and within 48 hours I could call to reschedule. Satima called me Saturday night. I agreed to go to the store to purchase the stacking kit unit so that the exchange/return could happen Wednesday. Then the 2nd delivery failed, cancelled, too bc the part wasnt on the truck. Even thou.. Rica, May 5 @ 12.45 PM called and emailed me. I responded 7 times calling responding 7 times emailing. SHE DIDNT RESPOND AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED AGAIN. NOBODY WOULD LISTEN TO ME. I even chatted and explained the situation on the Best Buy website. I was assured that the notes stated I had purchased at the store. The stacking kit did not have to b on the truck. My appointment should stand for Wednesday. AND AGAIN CANCELLED. I spoke with Best Buy Wednesday night and I was assured that this was ESCALATED. IF THIS WAS TRULY ESCALATED THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ON MONDAY DUE TO BEST BUY'S FAILURE. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW IT WAS ESCALATED AND BEST BUY FAILED SO MANY TIMES!!!! Appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled unnecessarily. Best Buy failed so many times on this exchange/return.

They were very fast and quick about the install and haul away. I really liked that they called and text me, since most of us have jobs or stuff to do and cant answer the phone on the spot.
