The first person who came to deliver our product was lazy and lied and said it didn't fit in our house without measuring it. Stuck my item in the garage and told me I should have measured it first, which I did. But, I called and complained and they profusely appologized. The person who actually put it in did a great job and the company gave us a discount so I don't think it's their fault that one guy was a jerk who had a bad day and they did make it right without too much hassle

Delivery is the #1 reason why I always get appliances from Best Buy. Communication is aways great and deliveries have always been on time.

We had delivery of a large television, and delivery service did not disappoint. In fact, on a rainy day where we were not yet home (though of note, it was 30 mins before the 4 hour drop-off window provided by Best Buy), deliveryman took time to wait 15 mins before setting the television down at our requested part of the house.

I've had my issues with appliance/tech deliveries in the past from various vendors, but the service received through Best Buy was as promised. I received confirmation of the delivery time window. I received reminders both verbal and text. I received a call from the driver indicating a refined delivery window. They were within 5 min of their target time. They were quick, neat, and courteous. It had been raining, so they asked about taking off their shoes. Great job.

Had my refrigerator delivered. Crew called to tell me they were 5 minutes away but they were 40 minutes earlier than scheculed time. Lucky I was only 15 min drive away so they did not insist on rescheduling. They did not seem to understand that the door was reversable or that the refrigerator's feet were adjustable and I had to insist they level my refrigerator by pointing out the feet and showing them tbe specks. They tried to keave without putting the handle on my door. Had to insist on that too. The crew left packing materials for me to dispose of in my driveway and kitchen. They were lazy. At least one person on the crew knew how to listen and explain to the others.

The delivery was on time and the 3 gentlemen working the truck could not have been any nicer. I had ordered 8 TV's that will be going to an office I am building out. They asked where I would like the TV's to go and then neatly placed them in my garage being careful to ensure they were situated where they wouldn't fall or interfere with my vehicles. I wish all businesses were as thoughtful in their delivery as Best Buy was with mine. Great job!

Thank you to two gentlemen that delivered our electric range on 01/09/2021. When I set the delivery time for between 7:00 am to 1 pm I was just hoping to get my stove installed by noon that day, but when the phone rang at 6:25 am I was surprised to hear they were loaded up and on their way. By 7:25 they delivered the range set it in place had it leveled turned on and running. Grabbed our old unit took it with them and gone by 7:30.

Geoffrey brought the TV and took away an old one solo. No help. He was super nice, very polite, and most knowledgeable. He setup tv and walked me through the many and various settings. He knew all of them too. Works great with my Directv which Geoff also set up on the Sony remote. I was prepared and had all the cables ready to go, but he was on top of the whole process. Absolutely great service by a great BestBuy associate. Give him a raise.

Best Buy offers the installation program which I purchased. Worth the investment especially when 2 people are required to unload and bringing it into the home.
