Google has disappointed on a grand scale. It can answer the stupidest of questions (where is Santa?) and yet can't dial out number stored in my contacts on my Google account/phone. I can't end a phone call other than saying "OK Google, Hang up" - which of course makes it useless as it would record this when leaving a voice message. Also, it does not interface with my phone (like when I ask it to display pictures)...my phone shows it's registered with the Mini but it asks what device to show it on and does not recognize my phone when I direct it to "show my pictures of ___ on my phone." It's a gimmicky waste of money far away from being useful unless you're bored, have no friends and need a computer to keep you company. At least I only paid $30...but would NOT recommend this product until they make some serious improvement to capability and functionality. Really disappointed...something I would expect from Apple/Siri, not Google.

Was very hesitant about purchasing this item over the alexa speaker but I am glad I chose this one. I was reading all the incredible features it offers and can't wait to set it up and start using it everywhere in my household.

We use these throughout the house. They control the lights, music, thermostat, communicate with each other, etc. They're great.

Google does not tell you that it's home device has issues playing music. It might be fine for turning on the lights and asking questions but for playing your music it just fails completely and it's a known issue. I wish I had found out about it before I purchased the mini. Will be returning it.

This is a great product. Google responses to you fast and with accurate information. I can ask about sports scores and schedules and can get the response right away.

I am still trying to figure out how to put this wireless device under wireless password protected, however, works ok. Does not know simple things though like "sleep timer". It is my first home device so I have nothing to compare to.

Honestly, i want to love this. It's so convenient and easy to use... when it works. It doesn't understand half the things i ask it, it always plays the absolute worst version of a song instead of the original, it stops working every few days and either won't process anything or starts playing music that cuts in and out and won't stop playing unless you unplug the entire thing. Tbh, i kind of hate this speaker. I really want to love it, it just sucks.

The mini Google Home catches real quick the voice commands, and provide accurate answers. The sound quality for playing songs is satisfactory.

It's good for what it is, quality of the speaker is okay not that great. However, for the price, this is unbeatable to ocntrol your smart home.

Love these! We have Google products throughout our house and love them.

I gave this to my nephew for Christmas last year and he loved it.

I've owned an echo dot and recently bought this and Hands Down! This is better than the echo dot.

This is a perfect device for my child. They love to play music on it and ask it questions all the time!

From my bed which my google home is on my nightstand it doesn't always pick up when I say hey google and when I'm across the room it can.

I truly hate this thing I’m just going to list all the problems I have with it 1)It took 3 days for it to recognize my voice and even still listened to everyone else’s voice instead of me and I had to reset it EVERY TIME 2) You try to give it a command/ask questions and all it says is “I’m sorry I don’t know what you mean but I’m still learning” It’s so bad it couldn’t even tell me the weather. 3) claims it can hook up to ITunes another Nope tried for several days that doesn’t work either. 4) the only thing this is good for is playing music cause if you give it anything else to do it’s apparently completely incompetent. Also even with google play if I tell it to play a specific list and it will play whatever it wants instead of what I requested I even thought saying please would work nope it didn’t. This is the most useless piece of junk
