If I could give this 0 stars I would. I purchased this the same day as posting this review. Immediately I went home to set it up, I was given an error and then proceeded to try setting it up for 3 hours including a 1 1/2 hour call with google service trying to assist in setting it up. The google service was extremely helpful in patient but the device refused to work. Also this error has persisted on this device for around 6 months without fix at this point. If the error comes up after connecting to wifi don't even try to fix it, you're screwed. Just get an Echo instead.

I put this item in our bedroom and it perfect. I love asking google to play ocean waves, so calming. Very satisfied with this product

This is so much better than Alexa. It has more features and does more than the other brands. I set the timer for baking and set the alarm. I love it

great assistant and more robust than alexa, but in the end is up to the user. my dad is big on google and he likes the mini. design is great but quality feels cheap. hopefully they will fix this make them more refined.

Easy to set up quiet clean design you almost forget they are there. Good sound quality. I am trying to pair mine the sony television for better surround sound

The volume spikes when the home responds to a command but then goes back to the volume set. The nature of the voice commands needs to be broader. There are still many improvements to be made to Google home and mini.

I bought this for my mother in law trying to get her into the 21 century. This was a great purchase for a beginner to audio streaming.

Bought this a gift for my sister, but purchased my wife the Google home. My wife loves listening to music and my kids love asking about the weather.

I currently own several Google smart items and I love them. I have a Hub, Max, home, and 2 minis one for each room, highly recommend

I love using it as a speaker to play music, sometimes have it read me a book. I have not used it fully cuz my BF hates it.

We use this in the kitchen. Really helpful for timers. Ok for playing music but not much bass. Sometimes it has trouble understanding or completing tasks but overall a good product.

This little gem works in the lower level of the house. It works great with the lights that I have connected to it.

I’m currently in between Alexa and google, and at this price point, google is leading. Really like the form and shape of it, sound is not really meant to be a standalone speaker. It’s fine for replying to commands etc

This is my second google home and love them and this one was even better cause it was free with the purchase of my nest thermostat.

I have both Google home and Alexa. About 1 year ago Alexa was far ahead of Google Home. But now, it seems Google Home is smarter than Alexa

I love this speaker it also connects with Bluetooth and either with Spotify premium or YouTube music it connects any song you tell it to

We are enjoying Google home. It is so friendly plays the songs from youtube. Entertains us when we are bored. It is really awesome

it awesome being able to connect with our google home in the bedroom so we can always check local new and weather without even getting out of bed

We now have 2 minis and a regular Google Home in the house. Creating a speaker group has made them work together well for streaming music.
