Usually the Grek Squad is very responsive so that is why 3 stars. I would still recommend for tech stuff, just not sure about the security. My appt is this Friday

Geek Squad has no member skilled in my area
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been waiting almost a month for my home security system to be installed but was told there is no Geek Squad member in my area that has the skill to do the installation. I finally received a called and my installation was scheduled with an independent contractor for Tuesday, November 21 between 8-12 . I waited until 4 pm to call the Geek Squad because no one called me nor showed up for the installation. I was told the appt. was cancelled but couldn't tell me who cancelled it nor why is was cancelled. I now have to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hrs to hear back from someone (that would have been Friday at the latest, it's now almost Sunday!)
