Geek Squad reps were pleasant and professional. They quickly identified the correct power cord to the flat screen (there were several), removed the flat screen from the wall mount, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and set up an appointment to replace the part, all within a matter of minutes. This ended my month-long nightmare of staring at a blank TV. The TV was fairly new (2-1/2 years), so I would recommend purchasing an extended warranty, which I didn't have, but the cost of fixing it was reasonable.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable . Problem was corrected without the cost of a new part. Television was taken apart and some some screws tighten. Was told that may need new part if problem occurred again but so far do good

They come to your house and fix or diagnose the problems that you have so you can have a resolved issue. I also received a discount on a new TV cause he couldn’t fix my broken one.

Great diagnosis with the changes to 4K ... unfortunately now the issue is the box from direct tv. Great job troubleshooting and making sure connections were appropriate
