Andrew did a fantastic job mounting my new Sony OLED TV and Apple TV. Demonstrated exactly how to use the equipment and cleaned up after install. Liked the service so much that I requested him to return and set up my mesh network.

Called the geek squad in for help setting up a whole Wi-Fi system throughout the house using a Orbi before they left all devices are connected and running very professional :)

He really knew what he was doing and had me finished in no time. I didn't know I needed an appointment, but he took me anyway and was very friendly and nice.

These guys were great! I met Sterling and he was extremely knowledgeable and took his time making sure I understood how to work everything. Ask for him if you can, good dude.

The Geek Squad is the way to go....if you think you know what you're doing I'd still defer to their knowledge and expertise.

After some issues ironing out the initial set up the techs got the system working great.

Still working on my system install. The wait time is days between seeking help and help arrives. Eats up the time allotted for fixing to be able get free service to finish the set up. Grrr....

Both technicians were very good and did a great job doing what was quoted and getting it done in a timely manner. They made sure to explain all the components to the theatre system and asked questions along the way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Grant Dean was the main person that I worked with and he did great job and I would definitely use him again.

I did a lot of research online about TV calibration before I purchased this. And, it all led to get it. So, I purchased it. I was not disappointed. Not only did I learn even more because the tech. Was great! But, the picture is also great. I didn't get an email of what the specs should be though like it stated I would. That's the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5.

The man who set up my service was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was here for not long at all. He set my router up, programmed it, walked in every room looking for drop zones, and made sure all my wi fi items worked correctly. I have no problems with the service provided.
