Awful experience

I bought this massager ball THREE times and not one of them worked correctly. It win’t stay on like it’s supposed to. After I returned the second one, the customer service representative promised they would test it before they sent it to me and clearly they did not. So, two trips to UPS and one trip all the way across town to Best Buy and I have nothing to show for it, I am sooooooo disappointed in Best Buy and will avoid buying anything with them ever again.
