This checked all the boxes! I used the warming feature once, and it worked just fine. However, it was not something I was particularly interested in. I loved this so much that I bought another to have at work. It's not too loud, and it shuts off if it's been running too long. FYI, I've had no issues with the cord placement, but I see there is a cordless option as well.

The plug in aspect is not good, cord gets in the way and limits where I can use this. Fold over flap doesn’t stay in place so you have to be wary. Without it the massagers can be too much. That said it’s really not terrible. Gives a good lower back massage. For the price it’s worth trying if your muscles get sore.

But you just have to let the machine rest for a while and then you can continue using it. The kneeding from machine feels amazing, really loosenes up your back if you have a hard time cracking it.

It's not so great for the neck, but I have another massager unit for my neck. I price-matched, so it was affordable, around $50.
