[Employee of bestbuy] This product does an amazing job helping with tension due to stress. Although it may not solve more serious issue in the neck or back. The short term relief to allow comfortably for sleep is well worth it.

Good for a quick relaxation and during long road trips. My son used it and took it with him in his last visit, so I had to buy two. One for me and one when he comes down to visit to stay in his old room. I purchased this item at half price during the Deal of the Day

My fiancé is in love with this. She uses it every night and has even taken it with her places. I used it once and she almost didn’t get it back. It feels really good. Not as big as I thought it would be, but the massage makes up for the size.

Very versatile neck and shoulder massager but I use it all over my back. I usually use it while watching TV/movie to unwind. Uncomfortable when using while lying in bed, I guess it's designed for sitting upright. Battery wise it's last very long and takes about 2 hours to fully charge. There you have it, relax and enjoy.

What a great idea! A cordless massager that doesn't keep a person tied to a spot with an electrical outlet. The fact that the rotation reverses direction periodically is also a good idea. It didn't seem to put out much heat to me, which for me, isn't a deal breaker. Also using the heat function drains the battery faster.

This really digs in to sore and tight muscles. If using while in bed it’s a little hard to place on desired part of body. Has a tendency to move out of position. Worth dealing with these small annoyances for the deep massage you get.

This is possibly the best investment I’ve ever made. It kneads deeply into the muscles. It’s the perfect width to fit my back and I would use it everyday if I could!
