I love this thing! I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. This thing digs deep and attacks it. It is more powerful than you would expect, I was was certainly surprised.

Thank you. Quick tip this not just for your neck! Have you ever had a tight muscle massaged away. This guy will actually melt the stress out of most muscles. I have suffered with severe muscle pain stiffness. Muscle toning has been an issue and this guy is hands down my best friend. One more time. Thank you!

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting too much from this. However, I was wrong. This works screen and hits key parts in my back and shoulders, and helps relieve the knots and pain! Totally recommend.

Excellent product. Heat feature is a plus. You can use massager for neck, back and can even place under calves or feet as well. I would definitely recommend this product. I bought this as a gift for someone else and might buy one for me.

You might want to wrap in a towel or blanket because there is no padding where the rollers are and it's kind of painful without a barrier of some sort. Other than that works great. More like a massage than other types that just vibrate. This one does not vibrate.

This product does an amazing job helping with tension due to stress. Although it may not solve more serious issue in the neck or back. The short term relief to allow comfortably for sleep is well worth it.

I was dealing with severe back pain. I tried cream pain relief, Ibuprofen, a hot bath with epsom salt. I received little to no relief. Standing up straight was nearly impossible. After using the Homedics Shiatsu massager, I was able to stand up and sit down without pain. The massager worked the muscles in my back and the pain went away. I could control the pressure by leaning into the massager or not pressing against it as hard. I wish I would have known about this massager sooner. I hope not to ever be without it. I have also used it on my neck and received the relief that I needed.

I bought this to replace another massage that broke after a few months. A year later and it is still going strong. Sometimes it can be a little rough but I like the heat feature and I can adjust its placement. The only thing I'd change is to make the anchor strap a bit wider and tougher for chair massages.
