My muscles get really sore around my knees and my feet hurt a lot! I don't see myself going to a massage parlor, so when I found this, I thought it would be perfect and it is! Just before going to bed, I use this to massage around my knees, on my feet and sometimes on my back. It really helps to relax my muscles so I can sleep better. It is very sturdy, well made and has several intensity settings as well as heat. When you look at it with the massage nodules facing you, it looks like an alien, hence the nickname.

Got if for lower back tightnes and for the shoulder pain and the feet soreness.. i realy am surprised the power this massager generates feels great no risk for electric shock . It is a bit weighty but easy to use has multi levels. I am satisfied and the shipping came in 3 days. Been using for a few weeks now after a hard days work and noticed i havent been achy or tight.

I like how powerful it is. And the fact that you can have heated massages is awesome. The con is you have to use your arms and twist them is weird angles to reach certain spots. It is also kinda heavy and all those vibrations need some getting used to. My technique would be to lie on the stomach and run it on my back and use my hand and arms as little as possible when i want to move it. Overall it is a good product that can help relieve some tension or pain and reach parts of the body that massage pillows can't because of the angles.

Really feels good on sore muscles. Bulky unit but well balanced. It doesn't feel heavy when using it. Use it every morning to relieve the night's aches and pains.

I’ve had an older version of this product for years and it has been great but finally gave up the ghost. This unit is smaller and lighter and doesn’t have as many settings but it still gets the job done. The long handle allows for easily reaching your shoulders and back.

It's loud and noisy. I works perfect for my back pains. And it heats up.

I'm always stiff & sore from my desk job & can't always afford massages so this thing was a god send! The weight of itself helps apply pressure to my back along with the vibrations from it, that combined with the heat is instant pain relief! I use this combined with a Theracane to work out my horrible knots I get under my shoulder blades. if you're able to get someone else to use it on you, for you, that makes it even better!

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She especially loves the fact it provides heat.

It works well, but is very noisy. As a result, it is very relaxing on the neck and shoulders. It has a safety feature that I suppose is good, but it seems like I just get it where it needs to be and the 15 minute timer shuts it off.

This massager is nice and heavy, and has several settings for speed and one for heat. I use it regularly for my hip and blowback. I use it while reclining so I can place it in a spot and I don't need to hold it continuously. Highly recommend!

I use this massager on my legs every day after running. The different level settings are a big plus to add or lower the vibrations. The built in heater is very subtle and can be used directly on your skin. Love this little machine...!

After starting to go to the chiropractor this has been a great add to the regiment.My chiro has a massager and this is second to only it. It has variable speeds and heat as well. This is a great value for the price.

This massager will give you bruises if you aren't careful! That being said, if you have really deep tissue knots, this will get to them. My pains are deep in my hips, beneath the glutes, and the configuration of the massager makes it awkward to perform self-massage, particularly when you're trying to apply torque to the handle to dig in deep. The other limitation I don't like with this model is the spacing between massage heads is fixed, while some other massagers have adjustable ones. But all in all, it's power that I was seeking, and power is what this massager has!

I use this every night on my back to relieve my pain before bed. Works great - multiple speeds/intensity means its perfect for any part of the body. Heat is an added bonus!
