Originally this is for my daughter's, she has heart problem. But husband exercise a lot and does tabata and this gadget really helps him measuring his heart rate and O2 level. We'll im glad i purchased it.

And it also let you know your oxygen level. Which came in very handy, because my daughter was sick and I was able to keep account of her vitals.
