Other than that it’s not that great. It’s better for keeping your head up when you fall asleep on a plane vs tipping over on the person sitting next to you. There isn’t enough pressure being applied.

Not much massaging - more vibrating

It does help support your neck and provide some comfort when you’ve been staring at the computer monitor for hours and your neck gets tense. Something with massaging balls like a shiatsu may be better however.

Terrible product and company

Last item i got from them was missing parts and they did not help me. I returned it . This product does not massage your neck. It is so bulky it lines up with your skull and and it not relaxing. The heat does not work.

It eases the stiffness I constantly have in my neck from injuries. I use this in the morning after I wake up and before I go to bed to release stiffness and tension.
