Surprisingly good massager for neck and shoulders. The heat feature doesn't seem to do a whole lot, though, and having to hold this in place removes the use of your arms, which can become annoying if you want to hold a book, mug of coffee, etc while enjoying a massage. Otherwise, it beats asking someone else to massage your shoulders all the time, and the intensity of this product beats out many others I have tried. If you enjoy a deeper tissue massage, this is for you!

This massager is amazing! Really kneads those muscles ! Although I must warn you it’s not for those who can’t handle strong massages. We all love it!

I use this a lot to help work out knots in my back in between visits to the Chiropractor. It is a little heavy and clumsy going between neck to lower back, but the arm straps help you apply just the right pressure so you don't overdo it.

Works well for both heat and massage and easy to use.

Bought as a gift. She said she loves it and keeps it on her nightstand to use before bed. She says she has to be sitting upright to get it on the upper back and lower back but she doesn’t mind. The heat is an extra feature that is much appreciated.

I just started working out with a trainer, so this thing is a godsend!! I've even used it on my arms and legs. It's perfect. Ironically, it was a gift for my boyfriend because we had new pillows and his neck was sore getting used to the pillow. If you do lots of pushups, buy this the product. That's it!

Love this massager, I have sore neck or even back sometimes and leaving this on for awhile really helps loosen up muscles and get some relief

Does exactly what it needs to! If you have shoulder and neck pain, it can reach difficult areas. I don't have to get massages as often because of this product!

Great massager!! Be careful using it on tender areas of your body. It’s strong and could hurt you if use too much pressure. Love the heat part.

I had written a detailed review but when I uploaded the pic the webpage deleted all my text. Nice product. 3 speeds heat and reverse. Resistance so doesn’t pinch neck. Do not use on back, it left bruises. Great for neck and shoulders as intended.

This is a good unit for solo use but keep in mind that to use on shoulder/neck region you must either sit in a low back chair or lean forward. High back chairs/seating will cause interference and ineffective use of the unit. Also too much "dead"weight from your arms/wrists placed in the cradle slings can and will determine how "deep" the massage kneads into your shoulders and neck. This can be both a positive and negative. The shiatsu motion can be adjusted also from two speeds with independent an heat option which is nice too but place of the selector is a bit out of the way and difficult to easily use with it being embedded on the upper portion on the sling extension. I think control placement inline on the power cord would have provided easier accessibility. Being able to use this massager on other areas such as thighs, calves and arm sections is a nice plus. And regardless of some design shortfalls, this is a creative and effective way for those living alone to help relieve muscles knots and tension.

Has 2 different Massage options plus heat if chosen. Great penetration, only withdrawal is having to put your arms inside the slings.

Like getting a full on neck massage. Rollers will get your attention in a hurry and optional heat is a nice touch.

Excellent massager for neck and upper back. Variable controls for massage and heat work well. Prefer this plug-in model to those that are battery powered.

Had an opportunity to use one and couldn't believe how well it got my neck and shoulder muscles where I hurt the most. Had to have one. Especially like the heat/3 speeds and reverse directions this one offers.

I purchased this on Best buys deal of the day the first one lasted 7 days before it quit. I traded it in for another one so far with out problems it really helps me after 9.5 hours in front of a computer working each day. Depending upon how you hold it it does give a deep massage it does hurt at first but it helps relax the muscles in my neck.
