This was a gift that was greatly appreciated!! The heat really helps, and the three speeds allow you to pick how hard you want the massage to be.

This works well, you can use it for you neck, back, lower back and the best part is I can use it for my calf and feet. It is corded so you have to find outlets wherever you sit. There are other versions that are cordless, but if you don’t care about having a cord this is a great buy.

Easy to use. Comfortable to use on shoulder, neck and lower back. The motor is strong and not loud.

The delivery date was moved twice and the box was exremely beat up. However the unit was nice and felr good bit just not what i was looking for

This unit does the right moves. My wife has frozen shoulder, a painful condition that goes on forever, but this devise provides relief. The heat is just enough too.

Have tried this just a little to date and found it does a good job so far. It needs bit of practice, I think, but feel it has good potential and maybe can be used of other places such as leg cramping. It does a moving massage, force is controllable by pull on hand loops. Need to practice more.

This product works just fine, it helps when you came home after a long day at work, and the heat is a plus, is not to hot is just a warm feeling... I recommend this product

This is a good massager for the neck and upper shoulders as it drapes over your neck and you can apply pressure with the weight of your arms in the sling. You can also drop the massager lower on to the upper back to get those areas and it also works OK for the lower back if you're sitting down and using the straps pulled forward. I've used a few other massagers before and this one is more flexible in use than some of the other handle based massagers. The heat setting is warm only and not high enough to really do a deep heated massage. Overall, it not a bad product.

It is much larger than pictured. The heat is barely warm. The massage has three levels and are great. No vibration as stated

I bought this for my daughter who works in a COVID-ridden ICU and who goes home every day with tremendous tightness in her shoulders and neck. Being as she can't go out for a massage, I wanted to do something to help. She's a tough one to buy for as she doesn't want more things and as a result she resisted using this for a full week after delivery. When she finally did break down and use it, she wrote, "This thing is AMAZING! It's a keeper!"

This massager is quite vigorous even on the low setting. Takes some getting used to. The heat is good. Hard to use on my neck as it hurts. Good on back.

Just what the doctor ordered! Actually, even better because this will hopefully keep the doctor away. It works great and really gets in deep to the spots that need it most. Love the reverse shiatsu ability, the heat and the ability to adjust the pressure just by pulling more on the straps.

Had a relative get one like this, but theirs was wireless with a battery and this one is corded. You get about 6ft from the cord, so might want to get an extension cord if you're far from an outlet. Can't feel instant results but my neck pain has gone away

I got this on sale deal of the day. This was one of the best purchase ever. The kneading really works out the knots in your neck in those hard to reach spots. A very good alternative than going for a real massage. i also have the homedics pillow version of this massager. I like them both but this one is definitely more intense.

I like it because it is not too bulky and power is just right.

I really like this massager. It gets knots out and has nice control. Also the heat is nice. One thing I would say negative is that it seems to be making a clicking noise after only a few uses.
