This is one of the most effective designs for a personal home electric massager in my humble opinion. Does a nice job loosening up my kneck and shoulder. The variable speed and rotation direction is very helpful also.

I found it too bulky , so was returned , but the massager worked well. Also has heating feature.

The massager is really good for the price. With heat and different speed settings it’s pretty effective. Would have loved more if it was battery operated.

My back is better with this! Legs too. I use a pillow to dampen the dig. Very good product. Well made. Like the stowaway cord!

Works good. Bought it for my girlfriend. I really don't have anything to compare it too but seems like it does what it's supposed to do.

This massager hit spots I hadn't reach in yrs, it got the knot out of the muscle an I haven't had a problem since. It says neck but I use it everywhere it hurts especially my legs, calf an thigh. I wish I had bought this a long time ago.

I often have tight muscles in my shoulders and neck. Might be the way I sleep plus sitting at a computer all day. Saw this massager as Deal of the Day and thought why not? Glad I got it. It really works out the knots in my upper back and feels good on my neck. You can adjust how much pressure by pulling on the arm straps or letting them loose. The only thing I would change is that the buttons are high up on the strap so it's hard to adjust when the massager is on your back.

Very high quality item. Sat with this at my office chair and enjoyed the massage quality it would give while still working at my desk. The handles make it more steady but are not necessarily needed!

It feel good on the neck, the only problem it's that it hurt on my arms because I need to pres the cord to hold the massage on the neck. You need to be seated on a chair instead of the sofa.

Works great. My aunt works all day and stands all day. It's made for your shoulders but you can adjust and use on your legs too. Her sons wanted to buy this for their mom for mother's day so I helped pitch in to buy it. She's been loving it so far. She's been using it for about 4 months, no problems so far.

Good for relaxing after a long day of work. Plug comes already built in to the machine no need to look for it when needed. Helps with muscles soreness, heat syncing relaxes them to insure best rehab.

I sought out a neck massager for my stiff neck and purchased this jewel and was very pleased . Be advised it has 3 settings and on power initiation it goes to roughest setting and it is very rough and violent . When I found a setting I was comfortable with I was able to work out my neck stiffness within about 4 uses. Buy this one guys it works.

Had more features then expected and the heat works wonderfully.

This works pretty well although there’s no heat that I could feel. Good for 5-10 minutes sessions that provide temporary relief to neck and upper back.

Gladly purchased this massager! This is one of the best massagers I have ever owned. I loved it so much that I purchased a second unit for my sister and mom to enjoy.

My wife loves this. She suffers intense shoulder and neck pain and uses this every evening for relief. Our most recent device died just after 12-months so make sure you get an extended warranty!!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Simple to use and very relaxing afterwards. It gives a firm massage wherever you use it.

Excellent deep massage. I work a job that has me bending lifting and moving around quite a bit. This is nice to relax at the end of a long week.

Really nice neck massager. Good heat. Would be 5 stars if it was cordless.
