It is a little hard to relax and let it work while holding it in place but it works really well!

I only use it for a few minutes every other day and I just melt into it. I like how you can make it as soft or as hard of a massage as you want by easing up or pulling down the straps. It has three speeds and heat can be applied. What more could you ask for!

This one is absolutely the best. It covers a larger area then the ones I have had in the past and it works deeper. My husband's neck had be bothering him for days. The day it arrived he tried it and is hooked.
