that's a one hit wonder.. What about lower back mid back thighs buttocks.. the pillow would better serve all these... get the pillow if you want versatility... Otherwise this is great!

Bought for my wife, she likes it. You can control the depth by how hard you pull on the straps, which can get a bit tiring, but how else do you expect it to work, you lazy butt.

I live alone so back massages are few and far between. This neck massager really does the trick with some surprising intensity and deep heating. You can use it with or without the heat. Great after too many hours on the computer.

I work in the airline industry, my job is loading bags all day. When I come home from work I use the neck & shoulder massager & it does relieve alot knots & tight muscles. So far it work's for me.

I'm looking for a full neck and shoulder massager. This was not it. He concentrates directly on the back of the neck and there's no way to change the angle or the placement of the massagers. If the back of your neck is where you need massaging than this can do the job. But if you need it anywhere else you're out of luck.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I've used it a few times but it's really uncomfortable and the massage balls really don't move around enough to massage a larger area. You have to really pull on it to keep it tight to your neck area. If I hadn't thrown away the box I would have returned this.

This is a great massage for the neck. You can move it manually to your target neck area to get a deep massage.

Once again Best Buy is the best in giving good deals on so many things like this one. This massager is very light and easy to use.

Bought this product for dad to use during his flight aboard.

In the ad, it seemed like it would work good on my neck. However, when I used it, the Shiatsu Massager was too rough and caused more pain. The heat was barely felt and did not heat up to be worth any value to help.

My husband bought this for me. I have real tight shoulders & neck muscles and this really takes care of them.

The massager is good only for the neck. It says shoulder but it's actually just focussed towards your neck. The heat feature is good but nothing exceptional.
