Mediocre massage

Not the most comfortable thing considering it's a massager. The heat setting is a joke. If it is on sale for a deep discount then maybe get it. Otherwise leave it where it is.

While it works like it says the shoulder parts were hard plastic and were not very comfortable. It is not portable and has to be plugged in to an outlet to work.

Did not seem to heat up and was hard.

Perhaps the heating feature was defective but I really don't know how the "massage" element could provide comfort as it was very hard.
