This product really digs into your muscles to loosen them up. It relaxes you after a long day at work and reduces soreness after a hard work out.

Thought it would be great based on the reviews, but it is mostly a waste of money. I don't feel any relief for my shoulders. I can't really feel it on the lower portion of my neck, but I can place it on other parts of my body, such as thighs, calfs, and arms, so I guess that makes up for it. I would steer clear of this product if you are skinny...

In theory this would be a great product. In reality - not so much. I will be returning it this weekend. There is no adjustable control for massage pressure and the pressure feels very light to me. The massage unit has limited range and only masssages a very small portion of the top of my neck. Also, it plugs in versus uses batteries so you are stuck next to an outlet.

I have tried other massage items that are only vibration and don't offer real pain relief. The shiatsu feature is similar to getting a real massage. From this product I have gotten pain relief in my lower back, shoulders and neck. This product was well worth the money.

Personally I had no real issues with it and it actually alleviated some of my pain and stress. However, a few other people that tried it disliked it very much due to the discomfort of the massaging balls and the smaller size of it.

This product is ok but not great. The massage range is very narrow only providing stimulation to the very center of the neck above the shoulders. The heat is rather poor for my liking. My unit actually stopped working the day after testing. Will be returning to Best Buy this week.

I hope I got a defective unit but this thing is going back faster than I got it. Its so bad. This is (and priced) like a no frills massager with "Heat". So I plug it in and it massages your neck. Its a little small so if you're a big dude than it might not fit. Its one speed and the little balls turn in about a 1.5inch diameter. I flip the switch to "Heat" and a little light comes on but no heat. I wait 5 minutes and still no heat. It reminds me of the scene in the movie Toy Story when Buzz Lightyear tries to shoot with his little laser but its just a little light. Did homedics really label this thing has heat?? So glad I can return this.

I occasionally use it for massaging, and it does the job.

This works well and relieves the tension in my neck. You can also use it on arms legs knees, etc.

..not so much for the shoulders. Works well for neck pain but does nothing for shoulders. I would recommend it for a stiff neck only.

Good looking, very beautiful. However, it only works on a small region of neck and doesn't make me relax...

Nice and mobile. I can take it anywhere in the home.

This device has two balls that massage only the back of the neck, not the shoulders. I returned it.

you need to pull grip forward to make this attached your nect tight already made you tired

It isn't really doing a good job. It's just so, so... I wouldn't buy it again.
