Your unit should have arrived with a full charge. If not, it does come with a USB charging cable that you can plug into an adapter. Sorry it did not work out for you.

This shiatsu neck messager has two nodes that will provide an invigorating massage to your neck with or without the soothing heat. Sorry to hear it did not work out for you.
