This Showtime TV series is extremely well written. Claire Danes plays the main character, Carrie. Her acting ability is second to none. This is by far one of the best done series I have ever watched. The story is so well written that binge watching seems to become mandatory.

I bought this for my dad. He has such a hard time staying up late for shows and he loves the convenience of putting them on when he feels like it

Homeland is an excellent and very addictive series and needs to be binge watched to really get into it. This season, there is plenty of suspense in which threats of terrorism, once again, has unfolded. Great performances all around and the Berlin setting make this season one of the best. I highly recommend this season and this show as it continues to provide edge-of-your-seat tense and exciting moments with a few plot twists thrown in.

This is one of the finest dramas on television. Instead of being limited by a story line that originally dealt with a Marine defecting to the terrorist cause, the show's producers/writers have kept the story current by mirroring global events. You can't walk away from this war of the modern age where computers remember your every act, and the internet makes even the secret CIA agent an open book to the enemy. Highly recommended!

I think that "Homeland: Season 5" was once again one of the greatest seasons of this series of all-time and "Homeland" was also one of my favorite series of all-time. I have enjoyed and seen every season of "Homeland" and I also think that "Homeland" has a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery, suspense and drama and a really great and amazing cast and personal/political storylines.

With shades of "24" this drama feeds you equal parts that you might see coming along with those that you won't. Watch Claire Danes as Carrie Mathison, the deeply flawed heroine and intrepid patriot, as she outwits national security threats across the globe.

It's difficult to believe that there have been 5 seasons of this Showtime hit show (with the 6th season just recently begun).lt seems only yesterday that this exciting, fast-paced series began. The storyline continues to be addictive and draws the viewer back again and again. I miss Damien Lewis but the other cast members (especially Clare Danes and Mandy Patinkin) are outstanding.

This tv series is an outstanding show. By far one of the best done series I have ever watched. It’s funny, suspenseful and will keep you on the edge of your seat. The plots and twist will keep you binge watching this show. I highly recommend this show to anyone. Language though not suitable for small children.

Watch Homeland, but you need to see it from the beginning and this is the 5th season. It's not to be missed - a real spellbinder.Best Buy sells them all -great when they are on sale! Get them all - or Best Buy will order them for you if out of stock. The show is of interest to adults - hiring for kids however. Get your today!

Some people have panned the 5th season saying that is isn't as good as the previous seasons but that just isn't true. The story line has changed; it was time to move on. Don't listen to those who thought that it wasn't up to the level of the previous seasons. Get your own copy and enjoy! I'm looking forward to season 6.

I'm so happy to know that there will be three more seasons of this wonderful series.. It's never disappointed me and I look forward to each new episode. The characters continue to grow and evolve, the situations are surprisingly topical and Berlin is a fabulous backdrop for this wonderful offering.

Homeland, one of the best shows on TV is a great drama with a wonderful and talented cast and brilliant writing. Claire Danes is fantastic and the storylines and plot twists will make you want to binge watch this from start to finish. There aren't many shows better.

Thrilling adventure. Because I don't get Showtime, I wait for it to come out on DVD. I was at the store at 10 a.m., the day it came out, binged watched it, and now have to wait another year to see Season 6.

My husband loves this series and we'll be sorry to see canceling before a long from North rumors are saying he loves collecting television series in this is one of his favorites great only behind 24 basically so hope everyone else enjoys it as much as he does

Carrie is now the station chief for the Agency in Kabul (and later Islamabad), Carrie has been dubbed “The Drone Queen” by her colleagues. We learn that the attach was ordered due to seemingly bad intelligence. It took out a wedding party of civilians instead of a high-level member of the Tiban named Haqqani. This would come to plague her and her friends throughout the year.

Since I dropped Showtime a couple of years ago, one series that I did enjoy was Homeland. Thanks to Best Buy, I am still able to watch this great series on the DVD set that I recently purchased. I still enjoy the series and would recommend it.
