Very disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I opened the shipping box I realized that both seals at the ends of the manufacturer's package were cut, but never expected any issues. When my 14 yo son opened his Christmas gift and started to use it, he quickly found out that something was wrong with it. I looked at it and realized that one of the lenses was damaged and made the experience of looking through impossible. It would only get better with one eye closed. Very disappointed, both with the product and specially with Best Buy for shipping something out with broken seals and damaged. Will certainly return for my money back and will get my son a replacement elsewhere.

But once I started using it I realized it wasn't that great. The apps aren't that great. I just don't feel that virtual reality is were it needs to be just yet.

The unit is also too heavy for anyone with any type of neck problems. The item was returned.
