Bestbuy needs to take better care of merchandise

I opened it and saw the top right corner had been dented a little, I didn't think too much of it thinking it'd been bumped within all the safes & is been on carpeted floor. I just now got around to seeing it up (past return date, of course). I put it on flat surface & the back right leg is dented up into the safe! It teeters. I hope it still works and who knows the waterproof & fireproof integrity now. This is obliviously a problem, the person above said 2 of theirs were damaged. I would recommend if not damaged.

Good safe

We like that is it fire and water resistant. Only issue is we wish it was a little deeper. We tried to lay papers down inside and the door hit them when we closed it

Honeywell 5110

Nice compact size. After my recent purchase(damaged)/exchange(damaged)/returned of larger Honeywell, I'm pleased with this one. Arrived in record time. Will serve all purposes I need.

English manual was partly in Spanish, new pages had been stapled in. Honeywell is not the manufacturer, and specifically disavows any responsibility. That said, the safe operates as advertised, and looks and feels sturdy. I would buy it again, knowing what I do. .

Buy it in store or stay away

Returned it to store, processed re-order online. 2nd one arrives. It appears used, its damaged, has some type of odd bar code on it, door won't properly close, and some type of crazy plastic particles in the container. No one answers or returns calls at Honeywell. Returned for a credit, went and bought a Sentry safe.

Twice order damaged
