Had delivery issues with UPS then instructions for setting combo on safe is so confusing. I called the service desk 3 times on 3 different days. Left a message with a response of calling back. No call back. I had to call a 4th time before I got someone on the phone.

This makes the safe very light, making it easy for just someone to pick it up and walk off. also, it isn’t water or fire proof, and looks like it can dent very easily. wouldn’t recommend getting this one if you are looking for a secure safe.

Thank you for your feedback. The safe includes a bolt-down kit, a money/deposit slot, and a remove shelf. Please know the safes is backed up by a 7 year limited warranty.
Lots of Space/easy to use
