This air conditioner is easy to install and is simple to use. It does a nice job of cooling down a small room.

Great AC, easy setup and cools a large room, living room, saves from having central ac on for the whole house

We have a 2nd floor master bedroom and this unit cools our room within under 20-30min. We love our easy to use A/C and we could leave on through the night because its quite.

This portable AC works great! Currently using in the master bedroom and it cools off the entire room. Room size is 12’ x 17’ plus a full size bathroom

We added a new bathroom and the AC ducts aren’t pushing enough air into the area. We purchased this AC hoping it would get us through the rest of the summer. It has exceeded our expectations. I was worried that we would have a water drain issue and would have to empty it. We haven’t had to empty it and the AC runs constantly. It cools the space well in high 90 degree temperatures. At night we set it at 71 to also cool the bedroom and it does.

Installed in vertical window. Did not like how high hose was with window kit so only used one side of the extension. Used a small board at top instead of their piece. That’s why it was not 5 stars. Otherwise it’s fairly quiet and cools a my large open room .

Easy setup and no draining, remote is convenient and decent good cooling capabilities for a bedroom. WILL NOT cool your entire place.

Would have preferred a unit with a sleep setting. This unit will ramp up and wake you up during the night. We use it now to cool off the room before going to sleep and that has been an ok compromise but we wish this had a sleep setting like others we’ve seen

Using in our basement which was converted into a large studio style apartment. Cools room very fast which is around 700 SQ Ft and pretty quiet. Only complaint is the vent hose is a little short and have to put the unit on pedestal to reach above knee wall to vent out the window.

I use this unit in my bedroom and works great keeping the room cool. The vent blows pretty hard compared to the 12,000 btu that I bought also and it pretty much shoots the cold air right me when I am sleeping and it gets pretty cold. It can be a bit loud compared to the 12,000 btu unit I bought along with this one but it works great to me.

I've used this unit 5-6 times for about 3-4 hours each day. It works well. Follow the directions and you'll have cold air quickly. Note that the exhaust volume is quite forceful. The supplied exhaust hose fits into a bracket that did not fit my odd-sized window. There was a 3 inch gap over the length of the bracket. My solution was simply to jam a beach towel into the gap and there is virtually no leakage. It comes on little wheels but it weighs about 60 pounds so don't plan on moving it often between floors.

When our A/C went out during a heat wave this a/c pulled through and kept us comfortable. I had two of these running in a 1700 sq foot house with fans to help circulate the air for two weeks while we awaited warranty parts for our house a/c, without these two units running we would have had to spend those two weeks in a hotel. They saved the life of my 2 month old puppy since she would have been in a sweat box had I not purchased these. A definite purchase.

Cools very well. Great for 100+ days of heat! Easy setup.

So, to keep it short, it's a great purchase for a smaller room, just don't expect it to be a savior. we're using it as supplemental in a bedroom farthest from the central a/c unit. Helps us sleep at night. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noises, a portable a/c is probably not for you.

Does really well to cool down the room. Very easy to install. Very quiet. Was a game changer for my apartment!

Easy install and works wonderfully. The options are beautiful it's not loud and it keeps my living room and bedroom which is a large space very cold.

This unit is fantastic. Easy to install and cools a room fast. We got 2 so we have one in our bedroom. Takes the load off Central air.

Always wanted one, finally found an excuse to buy. User note: you must have a window to vent the heat duct. As long as you use that, this is a perfect unit. Plenty of cooling power for a rather good size room. I used it after the Cedar Rapids Derecho destroyed the AC in one of my equipment penthouses downtown CR. This kept a 2500 sf room with elevator motors and electronics cool enough for the elevators and electronics to keep working.
