This is a great portable air conditioner. It is easy to install, runs pretty quite, and looks good. The only thing could be improved is the window kit which needs some work to fit into window without much air leaking.

I didn’t realize how large this is, along with the venting hose. However, it provides the ability to move it to other areas of the house and/or direct it, if necessary. Didn’t want to take up a window and this unit allows us to store it once the weather cools down. Worked well our last heat wave.

Cools a small room (150 SF) quickly. Takes the edge off but doesn't really cool larger rooms closer to the advertised rating of 450 SF. So good performance relative to its peers.

I bought this a/c since it is for 550sq ft and my living room is about 350sq ft thinking it would cool the room easily. Wrong! The unit has a hard time cooling the room. I would not recommend it. I have an older unit that’s covers 450 sq ft and it works much better than this one. Overall not happy for the price.

I purchased this unit during the summer to help with the heat that would lurk upstairs in my home. It definitely cools a big room easily, but it is not quiet at all once the compressor kicks on. The window bracket that came with it also doesn't fit well in any window in my home, so there were adjustments that needed to be made. I would purchase this unit again.

This is perfect for keeping my bedroom cool on hot summer nights. Simple to set up and use it with a smart plug so I can have it turn on ahead of time to get room cool before I get home. Great price on sale.

Quality of unit is Excellent - brand name made me feel better about the purchase. it worked great cooling down a bedroom during an AC outage. Value is fair - I was in a bind when I bought it so of course after the purchase I started seeing ads for similar ones at cheaper prices (different models/brands). Disappointed I may have spent more than I needed, but still satisfied that I have a Honeywell with Best Buy support. Ease of Use - Average. There's only 3 parts but the window slider didn't fit my bedroom window (it's a standard 35-36" window) so I had to manually saw the plastic piece to make it fit. But once that was done, it worked great and saved us from the FL heat. Would recommend to a friend, as long as you price-check.

This is an amazing air conditioner that cools very quick. It's easy to use and control and very easy to set up or install. Very refreshing during the hot days and allows for comfort on those hot summer days.

I am surprised at how quiet it is compared to a window unit. Very easy to set up! Controls are user friendly. Nice Remote. Very pleased with appearance and quality of unit. A GOOD Buy!

We replaced a window unit with this unit, and it cools the area about the same. It is a little quieter than the window unit was, but not much. We did have to trim the piece that goes in the window for the hose to make it fit, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we are satisfied with this unit.

I had another machine for less than 4 months and it over heated and blew out. This machine works so much better than the old machine and keeps my room very cool and comfortable all the time. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Great product.

This AC unit is perfect for someone who can’t lift the big bulky units into their windows or for someone with sliding windows. Cools down room quickly and doesn’t need to have a drain out of the window.

Portable by rolling from room to room as needed. Easy to just vent out the window. Everything you need is included! Cools really quickly. Got on really good buy and will buy another one if it comes up again .

My son's bedroom has always been unbearably hot to the point where he couldn't sleep in it during the summer months. This portable unit quickly cools his bedroom in no time at all and now He has his room back. The unit is designed to draw the hot air from your room and vent it out a window, while it blows cold air from a supply vent located on top of the unit. The motor is not totally silent where you won't hear it run but it's not disturbingly loud.

Set up in the loft of the cabin and felt it cooking in 5 minutes in a 20 x 20 room with 20 ft ceiling. Cooled completely over night. Quieter than my window unit

The unit performs well cooling a small bedroom or dining area but struggles with rooms larger than 12' x 12'. Air output is easily directed with slides in fan cover. Temperature control is adequate for the devices intended use. The water collection system is easily drained and cleared with the onboard drain. Heat output of the unit is not excessive, but better insulation of the hose could improve performamnce

Easy to move and set up. Keeps room ice cold. Great purchase .

We were pleasantly surprised at the power and the cold cold air in this portable a/c. It was pretty easy to install the vent in the window. Cooled the room very quickly.
